Processing Times
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Custom Orders: Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for custom or made-to-order items.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

- Standard Shipping (Estonia): 3-5 business days  
- Express Shipping (Estonia): 1-3 business days  
- International Shipping (Europe): 5-10 business days  
- International Shipping (Rest of the World): 7-14 business days  

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.

International Shipping
- Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Please check with your country’s customs office for details on any additional costs prior to purchasing.

Damages & Lost Packages
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging for assessment.  
- Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us for assistance. We may recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
